Shipping and Handling
Seeing as we are a company who thrives on custom orders, and our stock staffs usually don't
last three weeks, it may take a small amount of time to get your order out. Uusally a staff is shipped out in less than a
month, depending on backorders and intricacy of the staff. Our garments and miscellanea is normally shipped within a week
or so. Since our ordering is doen vai e-mail, shiiping is discussed depending on priority and your location.

Returns
We at Arcane Oddities aim for
complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know
if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. Any small alterations in staff design are due to the fact
that all our staffs are handmade and unique and that the natural colors of wood, bone, leather and crystal, will always vary.
